General Information

Classes follow a similar pattern each week, for instance, we always start with our welcome song, we always include a short listening section and percussion time, and we always finish up with our goodbye song, followed by a drink and a biscuit.

I try to encourage a reasonably structured environment but do understand that children will lose concentration and/or move around at times. I will indicate any times that I’d like them to sit with you so don’t worry about some wandering.

If you feel your child is uncomfortable with the class at any time, or is distressed, please feel free to take them out of the room until they are more settled – the priority is that you and your child feel as comfortable as possible. Both the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom are available for you to use.

Booking and Payment

Classes are booked in advance, in half-term blocks as numbers are strictly limited to a maximum of 10 per class. Payment is due at the time of booking and can be made by cash or cheque (payable to R Maybury please). Classes cost £3.25 per weekly session (£1.75 for a sibling/twin). Please note that reimbursement for a missed session is not usually made but if there is space available in another class you and your child are more than welcome to attend then. Once your completed booking/renewal form is returned I will send confirmation of your child’s place and class details.
